North Birmingham Dolphins Swimming & Lifesaving Club meets at the Kingstanding Leisure Centre every Thursday evening from 6.15pm to 9.00pm.

The club is a Swim21 Accredited teaching club and follows the ASA National Plan for Teaching Swimming.

Swimming Sessions and times are as follows:

Swimming Class	Session Time	Duration
Parent and Toddler under 4 years old	6.20pm to 6.50pm	30 Minutes
Beginners 1 class	7.30pm to 8.00pm	30 Minutes
Beginners 2 class	7.00pm to7.30pm	30 Minutes
Teaching Group 1 Intermediate	6.20pm to 7.05pm	45 Minutes
Teaching Groups 3, 4, 6, 7	6.20pm to 7.05pm	45 Minutes
Teaching Groups 1, 2, 5, 8, 9	7.10pm to 7.55pm	45 Minutes
Lifesaving Class	7.00pm to 8.00pm	60 Minutes
Adult Swim	8.00pm to 9.00pm	60 Minutes

The Junior swimmers group is decided entirely on their swimming and water skills ability as determined by the ASA National Plan for Teaching Swimming.

Club fees are by Standing Order only and are payable in advance. Club subscription fees are included in the fee. For Junior members there are three choices of payment as follows:

2	Yearly  x 1	£110 per annum

Adult swimmers are required to pay a Club subscription of £14.00 per annum and an entrance fee of £2.20.

All charges are reviewed annually.

The club is open every week except for four weeks during the summer holidays and for two weeks at Christmas.
